Employees will be responsible for validating new orders/activations submitted by sales partners and processing these orders either via manual order entry or through the use of automated tools.

Employees will ensure end to end fulfillment support through coordination with partner organizations such as custom contracts, profiles and staging/kitting.

Employees will provide order status updates to sales partners and/or customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery and will be responsible for resolving post-order related issues including billing and activation support.


Bachelors degree and related experience preferred. 3-5 years in project management, account management, and/or service management support
