You as Sr. Technical Specialist, System Admin will be:

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining financial systems including exporting and importing of files into database, modifying system menus and spreadsheets for analysis and troubleshooting. Provides technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing financial systems and may act as a liaison to IT for system programming and coding. May prepares data sets, statistical reports, and computer applications to support the finance organization. Assist with testing on financial modules to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently and that proper security is in place. Works on most phases of financial systems development and maintenance.

  • Job Contribution: Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions, and works on simple to moderately complex problems, following standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.

  • Role Definition:Provides centralized systems administration, operational support and problem resolution for all credit and collection systems. Executes all routine administrative and operational tasks. Provides systems administration, operational support and problem resolution for a wide range of systems. Coordinates basic system administration and operational and assists in monitoring of the system's performance and capacity planning. Troubleshoots and/or interacts with IT staff or vendors in testing, operational support and troubleshooting of complex system hardware and software problems. Develops, communicates, and monitors the operational standards and procedures for the different systems. Acts as a technical resource to the IT staff and systems users.

  • 1-3 years of experience required for the position

  • BS or equivalent

  • Advanced English

  • Preferred/Desired Python Coding, and knowledgeable of AT&T’s Collection process, CACS/STRATA systems.
