The Sr. Specialist, Technical Support will be responsible of
- Ensure the stability and integrity of the network. Proactive in identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service by managing incidents to resolution.
- Focuses on support for high complexity incidents and maintains the networking environmental and monitoring equipment.
-Ensure that assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
-Provide networking support which includes provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support for networking operations and related infrastructure, hardware, software, and communication links (participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network).
-Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems.
-Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
-Interact with vendor to secure network products and services.
-Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
-Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
-Take full ownership for managing the incident to resolution.
-Plan, design, and develop networks across the INTL organization.
-Degree in computer science or related field.
CCNA,CCNP or relevant qualification preferred.
-Experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices : routers, switches, firewall, wireless access points, controllers, and monitoring applications (such as SolarWinds).
-Experience in incident management, service request management and problem solving.
-Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to understand requirements.
-Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
-Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
