Cuentas con

As a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected. You must achieve sales goals by providing customer service and then cross-selling assigned products such as satellite TV, mobility & Broadband Internet, while providing solutions and services customized to business needs. 
Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience. Interacting with clients to resolve billing issues and doubts, providing service/support.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
  • Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.
  • Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.
  • Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with US based English speakers.
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
  • Preferred: 1 year of sales experience in call center, financial or telecom services.
  • Ability to train/work 5 days an 8 hour shift (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 days off per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays). Your 1st day off is Sunday the 2nd day off is assigned to you by your Manager.

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN $22,133 (before Taxes)
  • Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets

Preguntas frecuentes

  • To qualify, you’ll need to have advanced English language fluency, being able to hold a business conversation with native English speakers. This position requires an English fluency assessment during the hiring process.

  • Once you’ve been selected, it takes an average of three weeks to be onboarded.

  • If hired, you’ll first attend a mandatory training class (fully paid) that may include time spent training at the office and at home. If you train and work at home, AT&T will provide the necessary equipment and you will need to have a suitable workspace with stable internet connection and cell phone signal.

  • This is not a Work From Home role. This job will require to you work in our offices starting on your first day of training, and you will need to confirm your availability to work on site during the interview process. We do not currently offer remote or hybrid job opportunities.

  • Our centers operate Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. Your work schedule may be any time during operating hours and will include two days off each week.

  • This position requires you to be available to work any shift during the call center operating hours, including Saturdays and holidays.

  • Schedules are based on performance and seniority. Starting out you will be on the late shift (possibly up to six months), working every weekend.
