Overall Purpose: Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
• Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
• Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing technical software products e2e from problem definition to rollout/change management (telecommunication software experience plus)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.
- A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.
Education & Career Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years’ of product management or technical project/program management experience
- Fully bilingual: Must speak, read and write in Spanish and English
- The candidate hired will be required to go into a local office 1-3 times per week.
