You as a Sr. Associate, Technical Support will be responsible of
-Local IT Support (Service Delivery).
-Provide technical support to the associates locally and/or remotely.
-Setup PCs, Printers and other IT equipment as required.
-Support OS and SW installation and troubleshooting.
-Support technology infrastructure as needed.
-Different work shifts out of the business hours may be required to support specific activities.
-Graduated in IT-related course.
-At least 3 years with experience in Technology Local Support.
-Specialized knowledge on MS Windows and Office products.
-Comfortable working with people.
-Fluent Spanish and English.
-Great teamwork and leadership skills.
-Great interpersonal skills.
-Preferably certified for Cisco, Microsoft, and/or VMware Products.
-Experience with virtualization technologies is desired
